With Liberating Structures it is possible to awaken a participative and agile behaviour in meetings, planning sessions, classrooms or workshops. Liberating Structures productively disrupt conventional patterns in how we work together. They change dramatically the way results are generated without expensive investments, complicated training, or dramatic shifts in organizational structures.
What is an Immersion?
Maybe the best way to describe an Immersion is visualizing yourself learning a new language, living for a period of time in a new country. It would be an immersive experience, which means intense, deep and sometimes, discombobulating...😜

Facilitators
The workshop is co-facilitated by Carolina Almeida and Fernando Murray, who have been offering more than 60 LS Immersions across Canada, Brazil, the USA, and Portugal. Their dynamic, inclusive, and energizing approach has helped build vibrant communities of practice and expanded LS globally.
