Facilitators

This program is facilitated by Carolina Almeida and Fernando Murray, co-founders of Flow Ahead in Nelson, a small community in the Rocky Mountains of British Columbia, Canada.

Facilitators since 1994, and Liberating Structures Practitioners and promoters since 2015, they coordinated the translation of the official materials into Portuguese and led the publication of the book in Brazil.

Since 2018, they have dedicated themselves to teaching Virtual Facilitation, supporting more than 2,600 facilitators, consultants, and educators in a rapid, safe, and human transition to the online environment. They have led 95+ cohorts of the Virtual Facilitation Course in three languages, 70+ cohorts of Liberating Structures Immersions, and more than 100 Virtual Facilitation Practices - bringing together thousands of participants in spaces for exchange, experimentation, learning and mutual support.
